高强度弹簧钢60Si2CrVAT热处理工艺优化试验

A Test for Optimization of Heat Treatment Process of High Strength Spring Steel 60Si2CrVAT

摘要: 用DIL850L相变Φ4mm×10mm小试样模拟φ26mm 60Si2CrVAT钢(/%:0.60C、0.63Mn、1.50Si、1.08Cr、0.14V)870~950℃淬火试验。结果表明,随淬火温度提高,钢残余碳化物减少,950℃淬火晶粒长大明显,择优选取910℃为淬火温度。生产检验条件下,采用910℃40 min淬火,420℃ 90 min回火,可获得较佳的综合力学性能-即抗拉强度(Rm)1940 MPa,屈服强度(Rp0.2)1 740 MPa,伸长率(A5)9.5%,断面收缩率(Z)36.5%。

Abstract: The quenching examination of Φ26 mm rod of steel 60Si2CrVAT (/% : 0.60C, 0.63 Mn, 1.50Si, 1.08Cr, 0. 14 V) at 870 - 950 °C is simulated by DIL850L phase transition instrument with Φ4 mm x 10 mm small specimen. Simulated test results show that with quenching temperature increasing, the residual carbide in steel decreases, and quenching at 950 Y the grains coarsen obviously, therefore the selected optimum heating temperature for quenching is 910 °C. In condition of production examination, with optimum heat treatment process i. e. quenching at 910 °C for 40 min and tempering at 420 ℃ for 90 min, it is available for steel to get optimum comprehensive mechanical properties i. e. tensile strength Rm- 1 940 MPa, yield strength Rp0.2- 1 740 MPa, elongation A5 - 9. 5% and reduction of area Z- 36.5% .
