气体旋流喂丝枪喂钙丝的水模拟试验

Water Simulation Test for Feeding Calcium Wire by Gas Rotary Feeding Lance

摘要: 钙珠在钢液中极易上浮,当钢包中钢水温度一定时,将钙送入钢水的深度大于临界深度时,钢液的静压力将抑制钙的汽化,使钙的收得率显著提高。利用流体力学原理,研制了将气道与丝道分开,利用气体旋流使钢液旋转的气体旋流喂丝枪,并进行喂丝水模拟试验。试验结果表明,气体旋流喂丝枪可在钢液内部产生经纬两向环流,延长钙在钢液中的驻留时间,促进混合,可进一步提高钙的收得率。

Abstract: Calcium granules in liquid steel easy float up. With definite temperature of liquid in ladle, as depth of feeding calcium in liquid is larger than a critical depth, the static pressure of liquid shall inhibit calcium vapourizing, so the yield of calcium shall increase obviously. Based on the fluid dynamics principle, the gas rotary feeding wire lance with gas orifice separating from wire orifice and using gas rotary to revolve liquid steel has been designed and the feeding wire water simulation test is carried out. Test Results show that the circuiting flow at longitudinal and lateral direction is produced in liquid steel by using gas rotary feeding lance to prolong the residual time of calcium in liquid that promote calcium mixing with liquid, it is available to increase the yield of calcium.
