Continuous Cooling Transformation Curves of H Beam Steel 0.11C-0. 25Si-1.50Mn-0.038Nb for Offshore Oil Platform

摘要: 试验用H型钢(/%:0.11C、0.25Si、1.50Mn、0.006S、0.012P、0.038Nb)由30 kg真空感应炉冶炼,并轧成15 mm钢板。通过Formastor-F热模拟机测定了H型钢在0.1~100℃/s的冷却速度下的膨胀曲线,结合金相法绘制出0.11C-0.25Si-1.50Mn-0.038Nb钢的连续冷却转变(CCT)曲线。得出当冷却速度≤10℃/s时获得铁索体+珠光体组织,当冷却速度≥20℃/s时得到上贝氏体组织,≥100℃/s时为马氏体+少量贝氏体。

Abstract: The test H beam steel (/% : 0. 11C, 0. 25Si, 1.50Mn, 0. 006S, 0. 012P, 0. 038Nb) is melted by a 30 kg vacuum induction furnace and rolled to 15 mm plate. The continuous cooling transformation (CCT) curves of H-section steel 0. 11 C-0. 25Si,1. 50Mn-0. 038Nb are plotted by thermal dilatation curves at cooling rate 0. 1 ~ 100 ℃/s measured using Formastor-F hot simulation machine and combined with metallographic examination. It is obtained that with cooling rate ≤10 ℃ , the steel has ferrite + pearlite structure, with cooling rate ≥20 ℃/s, the steel has upper bainite structure and with cooling rate 100 ℃/s, the structure of steel is martensite + minor bainite.
