120 t转炉出钢利用LF固态精炼渣进行渣洗的工艺实践

Practice of Slag Washing Process by using LF Solid Abandoned Refining Slag during 120 t Converter Tapping

摘要: 120 t转炉冶炼低碳铝镇静钢SPHC的出钢过程中向底吹氩的钢包中加2.0~2.5 kg/t铝铁(49%Al),并加入2.5~4.0 kg/t LF精炼固态弃渣(/%:6.29~10.33SiO2,19.14~29.51 Al2O3,54.69~59.96CAO,4.97~6.89MgO)以替代钢水净化剂(预熔渣-钢渣改质剂/%:10~18Al2O3,42~55CaO,>3.5Al,2~5MgO,6~10CaF2)的生产结果表明,LF精炼弃渣,化渣迅速,有利于吸附夹杂物,降低T[O],消除水口结瘤,有利于改善环境和降低成本。

Abstract: The results of process during tapping of low carbon aluminium killed steel SPHC melted in 120 t converter, by adding 2.0-2.5 kg/t ferroaluminium (49% Al) and adding 2.5-4.0 kg/t LF solid abandoned refining slag (/% : 6.29-10.33SiO2, 19.14-29.57A12O3, 54.69-59.96CaO, 4.97-6.89MgO) to replace the liquid cleaning agent (premelted slag 一 slag modifying agent /% : 10-18A12O3 , 42-55CaO, >3.5Al, 2-5MgO, 6-10CaF2) show that the LF abandoned refining slag melts quickly, it is available to absorb inclusions in liquid, reduce T[O], eliminate nozzle clogging and favorable to improve environment and decrease production cost.
