平整对2.12mm热轧搪瓷钢组织和贮氢性能影响的模拟试验

Simulation Test of Influence of Temper Rolling on Structure and Hydrogen Storage Property of 2.12mm Hot-Rolled Enamel Steel

摘要: 试验搪瓷钢TC330(/%:0.066C,0.02Si,0.66Mn,0.008P,0.005S,0.029Ti,0.032Al,0.0020O,0.0050N)的生产流程为KR铁水预脱硫-180tBOF-LF-220mm×995mm板坯连铸-连轧,终轧840~900℃,卷取600~660℃。对2.12mm热轧板试样进行0~5%工程应变的拉伸模拟平整试验,研究平整工程应变对TC330钢组织和贮氢性能的影响。结果表明,模拟的平整可增加热轧搪瓷钢中的贮氢陷阱,提高钢板的贮氢性能;随着工程应变量的增加,钢板的贮氢性能随之增加,当应变量为2%左右时,钢板的贮氢性能满足要求。

Abstract: The production flowsheet of tested enamel steel TC330 (/%: 0.066C, 0.02Si, 0.66Mn, 0.008P, 0.005S, 0.029Ti, 0.032Al, 0.0020O, 0.0050N) is KR hot metal pretreatment desulfurization-180t BOF-LF-220mmx995mm slab casting- continuous rolling, end rolling at 840~900℃ and coiling at 600~660℃.The simulated temper rolling tensile test on specimen of 2.12mm hot-rolled sheet with 0~5% engineering strain has been carried out to study the influence of temper engineering strain on structure and hydrogen storage property of steel TC330. Results show that simulated temper rolling may increase hydrogen traps in hot-rolled enamel steel to enhance the hydrogen storage property of steel;with increasing engineering strain, the hydrogen storage property increases, as the engineering strain is about 2% , the hydrogen storage property meets the requirement.
