含硫非调质钢GS35C-A浇铸性能优化的工艺实践

Practice Process of Optimization on Casting Performance of Non-Quenched-Tempered Steel GS35C-A Bearing Sulfur

摘要: 分析了硫合金化工艺和渣系等因素对GS35C-A钢(/%:0.320.39C,≤0.40Si,0.500.80Mn,≤0.045P,0.0150.055S,≥0.020Al)浇铸性能的影响,并将原LF(硫合金化)-RH-钙处理工艺优化成LF-RH-钙处理-硫合金化工艺。结果表明,(1)采用先硫合金化后钙处理工艺生产时,水口结瘤物以CaS、CaO-Al2O3-CaS复合夹杂物为主;(2)采用先钙处理后硫合金化工艺生产时,连浇炉数由原来先硫合金化后钙处理工艺的2炉提高至6炉;(3)渣系优化后(R 5.669.55),RH喂硫线前显微夹杂物数量比优化前降低了84%,RH离站显微夹杂物数量由9.09个/mm2降低至5.06个/mm2

Abstract: Effect of factors including sulfur alloying process and slag series on casting performance of steel GS35C-A (/% : 0. 32 ~0. 39C, ≤0. 40Si, 0. 50 ~0. 80Mn, ≤ 0. 045P, 0. 015 ~0. 055S, ≥0. 020Al) has been analyzed, and the original LF (sulfur alloying)-RH-calcium treatment process is modified to optimized LF-RH-calcium treatment-sulfur alloying process. Results show that with using calcium treatment after sulfur alloying process, in casting the main nozzle blocking materials are CaS and CaO-Al2O3 -CaS complex inclusions ; as using sulfur alloying after calcium treatment process the number of continuous-continuous casting heats increases from original 2 heats by using calcium treatment after sulfur alloying process to 6 heats; and with using optimized slag series (R 5. 66 ~9. 55) , before RH feeding sulfur wire the number of micro-inclusions in steel decreases by 84% as compared with original process, and the number of micro-inclusions at end RH decreases from 9. 09 inclusions /mm2 to 5. 06 inclusions /mm2.
