碳在热轧316L、310S奥氏体不锈钢-0.16%C Q345钢复合板界面的扩散行为

Diffusion Behavior of Carbon at Interface of 316L/310S Austenite Stainless Steel -0.16%C Q345 Steel Hot-Rolled Clad Plate

摘要: 0.017%C 316L/0.076%C 310S钢与0.160%C Q345钢复合坯经1200℃ 2h加热,开轧1150℃,终轧1000℃,道次压下量20%~25%,轧制5道次,轧成试验用复合板。采用Thermo-Calc软件计算了复合板中不锈钢的伪二元平衡相图,得到了316L和310S钢在轧制温度下析出碳化物的临界碳含量分别为0.082%和0.076%,并利用菲克第二扩散定律对碳在热轧不锈钢-低碳钢复合板中的浓度分布进行分析计算,据此得出316L钢和310S钢碳的扩散距离分别为10μm和12μm(碳在316L钢中扩散距离为7μm),并与草酸腐蚀试验结果基本相符。复层用316L钢的复合板的耐蚀性优于310S钢。

Abstract: The clad slab of 0.017%C 316L/0.076%C 310S steel and 0.16%C Q345 steel heated at 1200℃ for 2h, rolled at 1150℃ and finishing rolled at 1000℃ by 5 rolling passes with per pass reduction 20%~25% to tested clad plate. The pseudo-equilibrium phase diagrams of stainless steels in clad plate are calculated by soft-ware Thermo-Calc to get the critical carbon content for precipitated carbide at rolling temperature of steel 316L and 310S are respectively 0.082% and 0.076% , and the analysis and calculation of concentration distribution of carbon in hot-rolled stainless steel-low carbon steel clad plate are carried out by using Fick second diffusion law, based on the results the distance of carbon diffusion in steel 316L and 310S is respectively 10μm and 12μm that basically corresponds with oxalic acid etching result (distance of carbon diffusion in steel 316L being 7μm). The corrosion resistant of clad plate with 316L steel cladding is better than that with 310S steel cladding.
