摘要: 试验用1500MS钢(/%:0.20C,0.31Si,1.39Mn,0.011P,0.001S,0.028Als,0.26Cr,0.028Ti,0.0018B,0.0048N)240mm板坯的生产流程为250t BOF-LF-RH-板坯连铸。通过Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机,测试了试验钢1350~600℃的力学性能,得出该钢第Ⅰ脆性区为1350~1250℃,第Ⅲ脆性区为650~750℃在800~1200℃铸坯具有良好的热塑性;建立了板坯凝固传热数学模型和计算了铸坯凝固过程的表面温度。1500MS钢铸坯矫直区域的温度应控制在800~1150℃。
