摘要: 研究测试了35SiMnVB钢含钒硅锰系弹簧钢和常用的60CrMn钢的组织、性能、高频疲劳性能,以及用于给定车型钢板弹簧总成的工艺性能和台架疲劳寿命,结果表明,35SiMnVB钢具有良好的强韧性匹配,比60CrMn钢的具有更高的高频疲劳寿命、更优的工艺性能,台架疲劳寿命全部在15万次以上,各项指标均达到该车型钢板弹簧总成的技术要求。

Abstract: The microstructure, mechanical properties, high-frequency fatigue properties of vanadium-containing silicon -manganese 35SiMnVB spring steel, as well as the process performance and fatigue life of the plate spring assembly for a certain auto model and the commonly used 60CrMn steel were studied and tested. The comparison shows that 35SiMnVB steel has good strength-toughness matching,higher high frequency fatigue life and better process performance than that of 60CrMn steel, and the fatigue life of the bench is more than 150 000 times to meet the technical requirements of rear leaf spring assembly of a auto model.
