中间包双挡渣墙对冷镦钢Q10B21-C夹杂物去除工艺实践

Process Practice of Removing Inclusions in Cold Heading Steel Q10B21-C by Double Slag Retaining Walls in Tundish

摘要: 对邢钢中间包弧形挡渣墙进行优化和引进双挡渣墙工艺。使用前对双挡渣墙中间包进行数值模拟,发现双挡渣墙有利于夹杂物的控制。使用中间包双挡渣墙148炉次的生产数据表明,B类夹杂物最大级别由3.0级降为0.5级,D类夹杂物评级最高由1.5级降到0.5级,Ds类夹杂物最高判定级别由3.0级降为0.5级。夹杂物不合格比例由原7.67%降至0。

Abstract: The arc slag retaining wall in tundish at Xingsteel is optimized and the process of double slag retaining walls is introduced. The numerical simulation of the double slag retaining walls in tundish is carried out before use, and it is found that the double slag retaining walls are beneficial to control inclusions. The production data of 148 heats with using double slag walls in tundish show that the max rating of B inclusions deceases from 3. 0 to 0. 5 ;that of D inclusions decreases from 1.5 to 0.5 ;and that of Ds inclusion decreases from 3. 0 to 0. 5 ; the unqualified rate of inclusion decreases from 7.67% to 0.
