低合金高强度30CrMnTi盘条钢的开发实践

摘要: 采用120 t BOF-LF-180 mm×180 mm连铸坯-线材轧制工艺,成功开发30CrMnTi钢盘条(/%:0.26~0.27C、0.84~0.86Mn、1.07~1.08Cr、0.055~0.066Ti)。通过采用LF精炼前期喂铝线,后期喂钙线,精炼渣碱度5~6,中间包钢水过热度20~40℃,控冷控轧精轧后温度890℃等工艺措施,结果表明,Φ6.5 mm盘条[O](15~19)×10-6,[N](45~58)×10-6,D细0.5~1.0级,其余0~0.5级,平均抗拉强度706 MPa,断面收缩率72%,HRB硬度值≤90;总脱碳层<1.0%D,各项指标均满足客户要求。

Abstract: By 120 t BOF-LF-180 mm x 180 mm continuous casting billet-wire rod rolling process ,30CrMnTi steel wire rod (/%:0. 26 ~0.27C,0.84 ~0.86Mn,1.07 ~ 1.08Cr, 0.055 - 0. 066Ti) is successfully developed. By using the process measures including feeding aluminum wire in LF earlier period and calcium wire in later period, controlling refining slag basicity 5 ~ 6, and superheat degree of molten steel in tundish 20 ~ 40 °C , and control rolling-cooling process with finishing temperature 890 ℃ , the results show that the ϕ6. 5 mm wire rod [O] (15 ~ 16) x 10-6 , [N] (45 ~58) x 10-6, D fine rating 0. 5 ~ 1. 0, others rating 0 ~ 0. 5 , average tensile strength 706 MPa and reduction of area 72% , HRB hardness value ≤90 and depth of decarburization < 1.0% D, the indicators fully meet customer requirements.
