摘要: 研究了钢板热处理工艺对SA-738Gr.B钢板金相组织和力学性能的影响,分析了导致交货状态拉伸试验性能的不稳定和模拟焊后热处理状态抗拉强度偏低的因素。同时,制定了提高SA-738Gr.B钢板性能稳定的工艺措施。试验结果表明,SA-738Gr.B钢板在915~935℃淬火、675℃回火以及模拟焊后力学性能优良,满足使用要求。

Abstract: The effect of heat treatment process on metallographic structure and mechanical properties of SA-738Gr. B steel plate has been studied. And the factors led to instability of tensile test performance in delivery state and low tensile strength after SPWHT are analyzed. At the same time, technological measures to improve the stability of steel plate SA- 738 Gr. B have been worked out. The test results show that steel plate SA-738Gr. B quenched at 915 ~935 ℃ and tempered at 675℃ ,and simulated post-welded heat-treated (SPWHT) has excellent mechanical properties to meet the using requirement.
