Study On 350 ℃ High Temperature Mechanical Properties of High Strength TP110H Thermal Production Well Casing Pipe

摘要: 针对热采井350 ℃高温、17 MPa高压力以及多轮次蒸汽吞吐的特殊工况,研究了TP110H在首次注汽和多轮次注采循环时的力学特性,试验表明:TP110H在注热时,产生热应力达764 MPa,材料产生少量的塑性应变和应力松弛效应;15轮次蒸汽吞吐的管柱应力基本稳定,实验前后常温时的强度和延伸率基本没有变化;实验前后350 ℃时的高温屈服强度降低约50 MPa,抗拉强度降低约13 MPa,断后延伸率降低约2%。

Abstract: In view of the special working conditions of 350 ℃ high temperature, 17 MPa high pressure and multiple cycles of steam huff and puff in thermal production wells, the mechanical properties of TP110H during the first steam injection and multiple cycles of injection and production are studied. The test shows that TP110H generates thermal stress up to 764 MPa during thermal injection, and the material generates a small amount of plastic strain and stress relaxation effect. The string stress of 15 rounds of steam huff and puff is basically stable, and the strength and elongation at room temperature are basically unchanged before and after the experiment. The high-temperature yield strength at 350 ℃ decreases by about 50 MPa, the tensile strength decreases by about 13 MPa, and the elongation after fracture decreases by about 2%.
