摘要: 试验14Cr1Mo钢(/%:0.12C,0.57Si,0.48Mn,0.003P,0.001S,1.20Cr,0.42Mo,0.01V,0.001Nb,0.017A1,0.003As,0.001Sb,0.002Sn)64 mm×160 mm锻坯的冶金工艺流程为30t EBT EAF-LF-VD-13t铸锭-锻造。通过采用优质废钢,控制EAF终点[P]≤0.002%,终点[C]0.07%~0.10%,出钢加Al预脱氧,LF白渣时间≥30min,VD 67 Pa≥25 min,VD后喂0.35 kg/t Ca-Si线等工艺措施,钢中[H]为1.5×10-6,[O]17×10-6,[N]70×10-6,各类非金属夹杂物为0.5级。经930℃空冷预备热处理,910℃水冷+700℃空冷回火,690℃ 4~20h炉冷模拟焊后消除应力处理后的该钢力学性能满足参考标准NB/T47008-2010的要求。
