摘要: 介绍了沙钢100 t EAF-LF-150 mm×150 mm CC-CR流程生产的免球化退火硼钢、省略球化退火和倜质处理工艺的冷作硬化非调质钢、在线软化冷镦钢和超高强度紧固件用钢等节能冷镦钢新产品的进展。文中对各钢种的组织、力学性能、淬透性、冷镦性能进行了分析,用户对节能冷镦钢的使用效果良好。

Abstract: The progress of new products of energy saving cold heading steels including spheroidizing-annealing-free boron-bearing steels, cold working hardening non-quenched and tempered steels avoiding spheroidizing-annealing and dispensing with quenching and tempering process, online-softening cold heading steels and ultra-high strength steels for lock bolts etc produced by 100 t EAF-LF-150 min x 150 mm CC-CR process flow sheet at Shasteel is presented. The structure, mechanical properties, hardenability and cold-heading performance of each developed steel grade are analyzed in this article. The application effect of energy-saving cold heading steels at users is well.
