热轧工艺参数对GCr15轴承钢晶粒度的影响

摘要: 为实现奥氏体再结晶控制轧制,根据石钢30 t转炉生产的GCr15轴承钢再结晶图,结合现场1 150~910℃14道次轧制Φ35 mm圆钢的工艺制度,通过Gleeble 1500热模拟试验机对GCr15连铸坯切取的试样进行1 150~910℃6道次的模拟试验。模拟试验结果表明,通过累计变形量82%,试样的再结晶率达91%,晶粒度为6级。若提高Φ530 mm轧机的实际轧制的压下量,使累计变形量由52%提高至60%,可使Φ35 mm GCr15轴承钢的晶粒进一步细化。

Abstract: In order to be carried out austenite recrystallization control rolling, based on recrystallization diagram of GCr15 bearing steel produced by a 30 t converter at Shijiazhuang Steel and combined actual technology of Φ35 mm round bar rolled by 14 pass at 1 150 ~ 910 ℃ at situ, the simulation test to samples cut from concasting billet of GCr15 bearing steel has been carried out by using Gleeble 1500 thermal simulation machine with 6 pass at 1 150 ~910 ℃. Simulation test results showed that with accumulated deformation 82% , the grain size rating of samples was 6 with recrystallization ratio 91%. As increasing the percent reduction of Φ530 mm rolling mill to increase the accumulated deformation from 52% to 60% , the grain of Φ35 mm GCr15 bearing steel shall fine further.
