湘钢低碳贝氏体钢XDB685的研制

Research and Production of a Low Carbon Bainitic Steel XDB685 at Xiangtan Steel

摘要: 采用TMCP(Thermomechanical controlled Process)-RPC(Relaxed Process Control)-T(Tempering)工艺研制了低碳贝氏体钢XDB685[%:≤0.09C、1.20~1.60Mn、0.015~0.055Nb、0.008~0.030Ti、0.2~0.6(Cr+Ni+ Mo+B)]。检验结果表明,40~60 mm钢板的屈服强度≥600 MPa,抗拉强度≥700 MPa,-40℃冲击功约为200 J,并具有良好的焊接性能。

Abstract: A low carbon Bainitic steel XDB685[≤0.09C,1.20~1.60Mn,0.015~0.055Nb,0.008~0.030Ti, 0.2~0.6(Cr+N+Mo+B)] has devebped by using TMCP(Themomechanical Controlecd Pnsess)- RPC(Rdlaxed Pncess Contal)"-T(Tempering)technology. Test esulls showed thet the yidld strengh of40~60 mm steel plate was ≥600 MPa,the tensile strengih was ≥700 MPa, the impact energy at -40℃ was about 200 J,and the steel plate had excellent weldability.
