H13热作模具钢连续冷却转变(CCT)曲线的研究

摘要: 采用Gleeble 1500D热模拟试验机测定了H13热作模具钢 (% :0.34C,0.39Mn,0.91Si,5.11Cr,1.34Mo,0.91V,0.0015S,0.009P)在奥氏体温度 1060℃ ,20℃/s~100℃/h的不同冷却速度的相变膨胀曲线 ,并用Origin软件按膨胀法原理绘制了H13钢的连续冷却转变 (CCT)图。结果可得 ,H13钢以 20℃/s~15℃/min的冷却速度 ,从 1060℃冷至20℃时均可得到马氏体组织

Abstract: The expansion curves of phase transformation in hot work die steel H13- 0.34C,0.39Mn,0.91Si, 5.11Cr,1.34Mo,0.91V,0.0015S,0.009P with austenitizing temperature 1060 ℃ at different cooling velocity between 20 ℃/s and 100 ℃/h were determined by Gleeble 1500D thermal simulation test machine and the continuous cooling trans- formation(CCT)diagram has been obtained using Origin software by expansion principle.The results obtained that the martensite structure in H13 steel was got as the steel austenitized at 1060 ℃ and cooled at the cooling velocity between 20 ℃/s and 15 ℃/min.
