固溶-时效处理对模具钢0Cr3Ni3MoCuAl组织和硬度的影响

Effect of Solution-Aging Treatment on Microstructure  and Hardness of 0Cr3Ni3MoCuAl Die Steel

摘要: 实验研究了沉淀硬化模具钢0Cr3Ni3MoCuAl在860~1010 ℃ 35 min固溶处理和450~560 ℃ 3 h时效处理的组织和硬度。结果表明,固溶处理温度为950 ℃,保温时间35 min,空冷至室温,其HRC硬度值可达39.5;组织为粒状贝氏体和低碳板条马氏体的混合组织,并有少量残余奥氏体。时效处理温度为500 ℃,保温时间为3 h,空冷至室温,其HRC硬度值可达到44.1;组织为回火贝氏体。

Abstract: The microstructure and hardness of precipitated hardening die steel 0Cr3Ni3MoCuAl with solution-treated at 860~1010 ℃ for 35 min and aging treated at 450~560 ℃ for 3 h are tested and studied.The results show that when the solution treatment temperature is 950 ℃,the holding time is 35 min and air cooling to room temperature,the HRC hardness number is up to 39.5,the structure is granular bainite and low carbon lath martensite and a small amount of residual austenite.When the aging-treated at 500 ℃ for the holding time 3 h and air cooling to room temperature,the HRC hardness number is up to 44.1 and the microstructure is tempered bainite.
