摘要

研究了铁水温度、铁水初始硫含量、搅拌时间、旋转速度和脱硫剂加入量对80 t KR铁水预处理装置脱硫效果的影响。结果表明

提高铁水温度

则增大脱硫效果;在铁水硫含量为0．043％-0．046％、铁水温度为1 290～1 310℃时

加入600～650 kg脱硫剂(铁水温度1 340～1 350℃时

加入450-550 kg脱硫剂)

搅拌时间5-8 min

旋转速度85～90 r／min

具有较佳的脱硫效果。

Abstract

The effect of metal temperature

initial sulfur content in metal

stirring time

rotational speed and adding amount of desulphurizer on desulphurization results of an 80 t KR hot metal pretreatment unit has been studied. The results showed that with increasing metal temperature the desulphurization effects increased

and with 0.043% ~ 0.046% S in metal

metal temperature 1 290 〜1 310 °C

adding desulphurizer 600 〜650 kg (metal temperature 1 340 〜1 350 T

adding 450 ~ 550 kg)

stirring 5 ~ 8 min at rotational speed 85 ~ 90 round/min

the desulphurization effects were better.
