0.1~0.2V)的淬、回火工艺对力学性能的影响
结果表明
经最佳热处理工艺920℃油淬
430~450℃回火后
钢的抗拉强度为1750MPa
屈服强度1440MPa
冲击功9J
具有高的疲劳寿命
可以满足高强度弹簧设计需求。
The quenching and tempering process on mechanical properties of a new high strength spring steel 60SiCrV7 (0.54C~0.65C
0.1~0.2V)has been tested the results showed that by optimum heat treatment process - oil quenched at 920 ℃ and tempered between 430 ℃ and 450 ℃
the tensile strength of steel was 1750 MPa
yield strength 1440 MPa and impact energy 9 J
the steel had high fatigue life able to meet the design requirement of high strength spring.
