The mathematical modeling of finished Φ12. 5 mm rod temperature at water cooling zone and blast cooling zone of 62.7 m controlled cooling line for rod 82B (0. 80 -0. 82C
0. 6 -0. 9Mn
0. 016V) has been studied by using commercial FEM software Marc. The comparison between model calculated results and measured results at situ showed that the error was<25℃
