摘要

大冶特钢采用60tUHP EBT EAF-LF-VD-6.5t铸锭-850初轧开坯的工艺流程试制了大轴重车轴用260mm×260mm和280mm×280mm新型LZ45CrV钢坯(/%:0.43C、0.27Si、0.77Mn、0.007P、0.005S、0.55Cr、0.10V、0.10Mo)。通过电弧炉配加45%铁水和优质废钢

使Al控制在0.035%～0.045%

VD真空处理≥20min等工艺措施
