摘要

2Cr13不锈钢（/%:0.160.25C

≤1.0Si

≤1.0Mn

≤0.035P

≤0.030S

12.0~14.0Cr）150 mm×150 mm铸坯生产流程为铁水预处理-50 t AOD-LF-CCM

缓冷

退火

修磨。工业性试生产结果表明

通过采用粘度（0.58±0.1）Pa·s

碱度0.95±0.01

熔点波动范围5℃的结晶器保护渣

拉速从1.3 m/min降至1.1 m/min

振幅从3 mm提高到5 mm

振动频率从139次/min减到137次/min

钢水过热度从35℃降至20~30℃

铸坯收得率达94.07%

消除了铸坯纵向凹陷和裂纹

铸坯缓冷后可直接轧制

可省去铸坯退火、修磨两道工序

降低了生产成本。

Abstract

The flow sheet for production of 150 mm x 150 mm casting billet of stainless steel 2Cr13 (/% ： 0. 16 ~ 0.25C

annealing and grinding. Commercial pilot production results show that with the technology measures including using mold powder with viscosity (0. 58 ±0. 1) Pa • s

and melting point fluctuating extent 5 ℃

casting speed decreasing from 1. 3 m/min to 1. 1 m/min

mold oscillation amplitude increasing from 3 mm to 5 mm

oscillation frequency decreasing from 139 times/min to 137 times/min and liquid superheating extent decreasing from 35 °C to 20 - 30 °C

the surface longitudinal depression and crack are eliminated and the yield of billet is up to 94. 07%

the low-cooled billets can direct-roll to save both procedure of billet annealing and grinding and decrease the production cost.
