摘要

100 t RH真空炉外精炼设备

备有RH-WPB水冷顶枪喷粉系统

该套喷粉系统一次最大喷吹量2 000kg

理论最大喷吹速度250 kg/min

采用的喷粉脱硫剂为80CaO/20CaF

。14Mn5V钢、30CrMnSi钢和27CrMo27VS钢的RH-WPB处理结果表叫

经过RH喷粉处理后

钢水中的硫含量分别从42×10

和39×10

-6

降至28×10

-6

、15×10

-6

和22×10

-6

脱硫效果显著。

Abstract

The 100 t RH vacuum refining unit is equipped with RH-WPB water-cooling top lance powder injection system

the set of powder inject system has one-time largest injection volume 2 000 kg with theory max injection rate 250 kg/min and using injecting powder desulfurizer 80CaO/20CaF

. The RH-WPB treated results on steel 14Mn5V

steel 30CrMnSi and steel 27CrMo27VS show that after RH powder injection treatment the sulphur content in liquid decreases respectively from 42 x 10

28 x 10

-6

and 39 x 10

-6

to 28x 10

-6

15 x 10

-6

and 22 x 10

-6

it has obviously desulphurization effect.
