The test steel 0Cr16Ni5Mo is melted by a 6 t vacuum induction furnace + electro-slag remelting process
forged to Φ120-160 mm steel products
finishing forging at ≥ 900 ℃
and the samples for mechanical properties test are treated at 950 ℃ for 1 h
air cooling + tempered at 520 ℃ for 4 h air cooling. The quantity regression relationships between composition and mechanical properties of products of steel 0Cr16Ni5Mo are obtained by regression analysis on steel products of 47 heats that are(σ
