Study on Hot Deformation Processing Map of Super Martensitic Stainless Steel SUP13 Cr5Ni2Mo for Oil-Gas Field
The thermo plastic and thermo deformation characteristics of SUP13Cr5Ni2Mo alloy were studied by using Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation test machine
and the hot processing maps were established. The results show that: In the range of 900 ~ 1 300°C
the alloys have good thermoplastic ;The suitable processing of initial in a temperature range between 1 100 ~ 1 200 °C through hot processing map analysis
and the deformation microstructure sample is fine and uniform by using this parameters.
