for purchasers word-hardness( ≤210 HBW) special requirements satisfaction to determine the eptimal annealing process with the help of metalloscope to analyze annealing shape of 6CrW2Si under different temperature. The result showed that 6CrW2Si annealing hardness was connected with temperature
with the increase of annealing temperature
the hardness dacreases first and then increases. When annealing temperature is 810℃
the average hardness of steel products is the lowest( adout 193 HBW) and the structure is uniform spheroidized pearlite.
