摘要

采用120 t BOF-LF-180 mm×180 mm连铸坯-线材轧制工艺

成功开发30CrMnTi钢盘条（/%:0.26～0.27C、0.84～0.86Mn、1.07～1.08Cr、0.055～0.066Ti）。通过采用LF精炼前期喂铝线

后期喂钙线

精炼渣碱度5～6

中间包钢水过热度20～40℃

控冷控轧精轧后温度890℃等工艺措施

结果表明

Φ6.5 mm盘条[O]（15～19）×10-6

[N]（45～58）×10-6

D细0.5～1.0级

其余0～0.5级

平均抗拉强度706 MPa

断面收缩率72%

HRB硬度值≤90;总脱碳层<1.0%D

各项指标均满足客户要求。
