摘要

设计了超宽板坯高强包晶钢S690的A、B两种保护渣

配方A（/%）:28～32SiO2

38～40CaO

4.8～6.0TC

2.3～4.3Al2O3

6.7～9.7F;B （/%）:25.2～26.4SiO2

41～43CaO

4.8～6.0TC

2.3～4.3Al2O3

10.5～11.8F。保护渣在生产现场试验后

对该保护渣的传热性能和渣膜进行了分析

结果表明

A保护渣性能最佳

其碱度1.25～1.35

粘度（1 300℃）0.11～0.16 Pa·s

凝固温度1170～1200℃;与B保护渣（碱度1.58～1.64

1 300℃粘度0.07～0.10 Pa·s

凝固温度1 220～1 250℃）相比

铸坯裂纹率从0.69%降至0.30%。
