The modification of ladle top slag is an important technological method to prevent secondary oxidation of molten steel
deep deoxidization of molten steel and optimize the removal of inclusions in molten steel. By using 120 t BOF- LF-Plate production line to produce low carbon aluminum killed steel SPHC and 330CL
