摘要

通过固体粉末包埋法开展氧化钇（Y

）含量对316H耐热钢渗铬层摩擦学性能与耐腐蚀性能的影响研究。结果表明，稀土掺杂显著调控渗层形成过程，当

［Y

］为4%时，渗层厚度达最大值143.78 μm，较未添加组提升10.2%；稀土促进Cr₂C相择优生长，

［Y

］为2%时，表面显微维氏硬度提升至656HV，摩擦系数降低至0.355（降幅52.7%），磨损率减少74.5%。稀土通过加速铬扩散、细化晶粒及调控相组成优化渗层性能。然而，其作用存在浓度阈值：过量

［Y

］（

4%）不仅大量消耗催化剂，降低活性铬原子扩散动力，而且增加表面粗糙度（Ra=235.4 nm），劣化摩擦学性能。此外，因Y

添加导致晶界出现贫铬现象，对耐蚀性呈现负面影响。本研究为稀土改性的渗铬工艺优化提供了理论依据，对开发高耐磨、低摩擦的表面强化技术具有重要意义。

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of yttrium oxide （Y

） content on the tribological and corrosion resistance properties of the chromium infiltration layer in 316H heat-resistant steel through the solid powder pack cementation method. The results indicated that rare earth （Y

） doping significantly regulated the formation process of the infiltration layer. When the

［Y

］ was 4%， the thickness of the infiltration layer reached a maximum value of 143.78 μm， which was 10.2% higher than that of the undoped group. The rare earth Y

promoted the preferential growth of the Cr₂C phase. When the

［Y

］ was 2%， the surface micro-Vickers hardness （HV） was enhanced to 656HV， the friction coefficient was reduced by 52.7% （to 0.355）， and the wear rate was decreased by 74.5%. The properties of the infiltration layer were optimized by rare earth through accelerating chromium diffusion， refining grains， and regulating phase composition. However， there was a concentration threshold for its effect： excessive

［Y

］（

4%） not only consumed a large amount of catalyst， reduced the diffusion driving force

of active chromium atoms， but also increased the surface roughness （Ra=235.4 nm） and deteriorated the tribological properties. Additionally， the chromium-depleted phenomenon at the grain boundaries caused by Y

addition had a negative impact on corrosion resistance. This research provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the rare earth modified chromium infiltration process ， which is of great significance for developing surface strengthening technologies with high wear resistance and low friction.
