摘要:As both C and N content in steel are no more than 30×10-6 and the steel is turned into interstitial atom free status by added micro Ti(excess Ti 0.02%~0.04%) or Ti-Nb (excess Nb <0.02%) alloying to compound residual C and N in steel,the interstitial atom free(IF)sheet steel has excellent deep drawing properties and non-ageing behavior, it is widely used in auto industry. The steelmaking process and chemical composition control,hot rolling,first and second cold rolling technology and annealing process for the IF steel are summarized,the progress of foundation theories for IF steel production is presented, and the secondary working embrittlement and property stability of IF steel are discussed in this paper.

摘要:According to characteristics of the depth of metal and slag, the furnace structure and size, and the revamping design for an top-blown converter (charging metal 85 t) modified to a top and bottom combined blown converter, a cold simulation model for top and bottom combined converter has been designed and established to test and study the effect of flow impinging on converter bath, the mixing characteristics of bath in different melting period and the scouring action of melt on furnace wall, the test results showed that the reasonable bottom blown strength was 0.06~0.11 m3/min▪t for the converter at Chongqing Steel; and in top and bottom blown, the bath mixing time was lowest by operation at basic lance location.
摘要:The imported Consteel carbon-oxygen lance technology at Xining Special Steel has been improved by water model cold simulation test to determine the technical parameters -25 degrees slope angle of jet and angle included between lance at service position and a horizontal plane of furnace bottom to maintain 35~50 degrees. The modified technology improved the temperature field and fluid field of liquid steel in arc furnace,decreased the etch of bottom and gate of furnace and intensified the whirl of surface of liquid steel. The application results showed that the heat number of steelmaking by each lance was up to 486 heats,the life of arc furnace wall increased by 28 heats,tap to tap time decreased by 8 min.

摘要:The fluid field in mould for slab concasting has been simulated using K-e double equation model i.e. the turbulent flow pulse kinetic energy k equation and the turbulent flow pulse kinetic scattering loss rate e equation in given numerical calculation conditions by three dimensional mathematical software Fluent. The basic characteristic of fluid field in mould was that there was a horizontal flow at exit of mould, which formed return flow as it impacted the wall of mould to divide the fluid in mould into up return flow and down flow. It is obtained by calculation that the immersion depth of nozzle for mould of 1250 mm x 200 mm slab 175 mm, the exit angle 16° ~ 18° and the casting speed 1.0 ~ 1.2 m/min are available for slab casting.
摘要:The effect of micro Zr on structure and mechanical properties of welding coarse grain heat affected zone (CGHAZ)of ≤0.18C-1.2~1.6Mn HSLA steel has been studied by welding thermal simulation method. The test results showed that with 30~ 100 kJ/cm heat input welding thermal simulation,the strength,plasticity and impact toughness at -50 ℃ of CGHAZ of steel containing 0.01%~0.03% Zr were higher than that steel non-containing Zr,and microhardness HV10 value of Zr steels was 177~251.The Zr steels had excellent weldablity and at same heat input the grain in CGHAZ of non-containing steel was coarser than that of Zr steel and with heat input of 30 kJ/cm the bainite was dominant in structure of CGHAZ while with increasing the heat input the acicular ferrite and few pearlite occured in CGHAZ.
摘要:The effect of annealing temperature between 750 ℃ and 780 ℃ on structure of two TRIP steel - 0.2C-1.5Si- 1.5Mn and 0.2C-1.5Si-1.5Mn-0.5Cu has been studied by color metallograph method, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron micrograph. The test results showed that for the TRIP steel containing 0.5Cu,the retained austenite volume fraction was 16.2%~17.2% when annealed at 750 ℃,760 ℃ and 780 ℃ and it was 15.2%~15.7% when annealed at 770 ℃;and for free Cu TRIP steel,when annealed at 760 ℃ and 770 ℃,the retained austenite volume fraction was 12.5%~12.9% and 14.6%~15.1% respectively which lower than that fraction 17.0%~17.5% and 16.0%~16.4% when annealed at 750 ℃ and 780 ℃ respectively. With the annealing temperature increased from 750 ℃ to 780 ℃ the ferrite volume fraction in steel decreased from ~70% to ~50%,and the bainite volume fraction in steel increased from ~ 10% to ~30%.
摘要:The expansion curves of phase transformation in hot work die steel H13- 0.34C,0.39Mn,0.91Si, 5.11Cr,1.34Mo,0.91V,0.0015S,0.009P with austenitizing temperature 1060 ℃ at different cooling velocity between 20 ℃/s and 100 ℃/h were determined by Gleeble 1500D thermal simulation test machine and the continuous cooling trans- formation(CCT)diagram has been obtained using Origin software by expansion principle.The results obtained that the martensite structure in H13 steel was got as the steel austenitized at 1060 ℃ and cooled at the cooling velocity between 20 ℃/s and 15 ℃/min.
摘要:Besides cleanliness,degree of inclusion accumulation and recrystallization structure of steel,the texture distribution and intensity of each component have obvious influence on magnetic performance - magnetic induction strength and iron loss of cold rolled non-oriented silicon steel.The effect of hot rolling finishing temperature and lamninar flow cooling condition of cold rolled non-oriented silicon steel on texture formation of rolling piece and the effect of cold rolling reduction and cold rolling shape parameters on recrystallization texture of steel are discussed in foundation theories.
摘要:By analysis on main metallurgical units- primary melting furnace,refining furnace,vacuum blowing oxygen unite for stainless steel and comparison of process routes- one- step, two- step and three- step steelmaking process route,it is put forward that the corresponding main metallurgical equipment and process route shall be selected reasonably according to production scale,products program,raw materials supply and present shop situation and dynamic conditions to get optimum economic and technical effect. An optimum selection schedule of metallurgical equipment and process route for stainless steelmaking is presented in this paper.

摘要:Besides capacity of electric arc furnace, the production conditions such as chaining, melting steel grade, steelmaking process and production flow sheet influence the determination of rating capacity of transformer for electric arc furnace, It has been obtained by analysis that for ultra-high power (UHP) electric arc furnace using scrap charging the relation fbnnula between rating capacity of transformer Pnand parameters- electric power consumption W, transformer power utilization ratio G , total power.on time and steel tapping tonnage W is Pn= (W*G,60)/(ton·cosφ·C2),and the setting method of transformer's secondary voltage is given. Combined with high-impedance techniques, the methods to determine the reactance capacity and transformer technical parameters of UHP electric arc furnace and the idea to determine the section of graphite electrode are presented in this paper.
摘要:In accordance with the quality problem of austenite stainless steel during concasting, the taper of mould for 1260 mm×160 mm slab casting at No3 steelmaking shop,Taiyuan Iron and Steel was analyzed. It is obtained that to adopt two taper mould,that is to use larger taper at 80~200 mm near liquid surface and use minor taper at mould bottom 200~800 mm from liquid surface,is more suitable for the law of shrinkage of casting slab in mould than single taper mould by calculation of shrinkage of stainless steel casting slab in mould and analysis of effect of process parameters such as casting speed,degree of molten steel overheating on shrinkage of casting slab.Based on this foundation the curve taper mould has been designed,and the production test showed that the quality of casting slab was obviously improved by two taper mould design to eliminate narow face bulging and concave of slab.

摘要:The USTB(University of Science and Technology Beijing)furnace wall oxygen injection technology have been used for a 50 t EBT arc furnace and a 60 t shaft arc furnace at Nol melting shop at Fushun Steel by cooperation of Fushun Steel and University of Science and Technology Beijing. The application results showed that the tap to tap time re- duced by 4.9~7.2 min with 100% scrap charging and reduced by 9.4~10.9 min with 70% scrap and 30% hot metal charging; the electric power consumption decreased by 17.9~37.2 kWh/t,while oxygen consumption increased by ~4.5 m³/t.The service life of USTB oxygen lance was up to more than 1000 heats to get good economic and technical effect.

摘要:The 1 mm deep cracks occured at surface of 80~95 mm square bars of 12Mn2VB non-quenching-tempering steel containing 0. 10%~0. 15% C produced by EBT EAF-LF steelmaking-650kg ingot casting with compound casting powder:16~20C,≥10Al₂O₃,35~40SiO₂,10~16CaO at Special Steel Co Lad,Benxi Iron and Steel,and the C cont- ent of surface at parts of an area was up to 0.62%.After using improved process -EBT EAF-LF steelmaking-3. 16t ingot casting with lower C content compound casting powder:≤12C,≥10Al₂O₃,35~40SiO₂,10~16CaO,the surface recarburization of rolled products obviously deceased which was available to control surface crack formation, therefore the yield of finished products increased to 82% from 74%.
摘要:The 12%Cr type steels- 1Cr12Mo and 2Cr12NiMolW1V for turbine blades have been pilot produced by 30 t EAF+ VOD-ESR(2~3 t ingot)-825mm mill at Changcheng Special Steel.The results showed that as 1Cr12Mo steel analysis was C 0.13~0.15 ,Cr 11.70~11.90 ,Ni 0.46~0.55 ,Mo 0.34~0.47 and 2Cr12NiMolW1V steel analysis was C 0.22~0.25 ,Cr 11.30~11.68,Ni 0.67~0.95 ,Mo 0.96~0.99,W 0.96~0.98,V 0.22~0.25,the δ-ferrite contentδFin steel was less than 5% to satisfy the requirement of standard; and the Ca-Si, Si-Al-Ba used as finishing killing agent during electrode melting was favourable for inclusion removal in steel during ESR process.

摘要:The structure of high stength-toughness spring steel 38SiMnVB -0.39C,1.48Mn,1.21Si,0.09V, 0.0019B was pearlite + ferite with grain size less than No 10,HRC value 26,tensile strength 925~1010 MPa and elongation 45%~58% by finishing rolling between 750 ℃ and 820 ℃ with finished temperature 700~720 ℃ than slow cooling.After rolled it could be cold drawn directly.With 870 ℃ quenched and 320 ℃ tempered the super-fine grain spring steel 38SiMnVB as a spring for cars had excellent comprehensive mechanical properties-tensile strength 2030~2140 MPa,yield stength 1900~2010 MPa,elongation 12%~15%,reduction of area 48%~55%.
摘要:The high nitrogen austenite stainless steel 1Cr22Mn15N-0. 12C,0.42Si,14.96Mn,0.026P,0.001S, 22.57Cr,0.56N has been produced using primary metal-1.84C,2.18Mn,24.88Cr by 20 t AOD refining - blowing O₂,N₂,adding electrolytc manganese,silicon iron and aluminium pig and adding NCr alloy to micro-adjusting composition of steel.The 590 kg ingot cast by refining steel and bloomed to 135 mm x 157 mm billet then continuously rolled to 8~12 mm round bars. The yield strength of finished product solid - solution - treated was 565~585 MPa,tensile strength 920~955 MPa,elongation 54.5%~56.5% and had excellent corrosion resistance.
摘要:The effect of vacuum,refining slag,argon stirring process and [Al]s on oxygen content in steel has been analyzed and studied in production of Mn-Cr,Cr-Mo and Cr-Ni-Mo series new type gear steels for car by 30 t EBT are furnace-40 t LFV refining process to get that it is available to obtain lower oxygen content in steel by the operation with vacuum less than 1.33 kPa,100~150L/min Ar stirring,refining slag basicity 2.5~3.0 and controlling [Al]s between 0.02% and 0.04%.The production results showed that the oxygen content in Mn-Cr,Cr-Mo and Cr-Ni-Mo series gear steels was between 12×10-6and 20×10-6up to standard requirement for oxygen content in new type gear steels for car.

摘要:The control rolling of φ45 mm steel UC2 -0.49C,Q.01Ti,0.01V was pilot produced by new built 350 kt special steel continuous rolling production line at Shanghai No5 Steel with controlling the Kocks inlet temperature of bar between 780 ℃ and 820 ℃.The results showed that the grain size rating of φ45 mm bar of UC2 steel was 7.5,hardness HB 217,yield strength 432 MPa,tersile stength 720 MPa to meet the requirement of normaliing products specification.
摘要:With using 30% hot metal charging while the temperature of metal being no less than 1300 ℃,and optimizing power supply schedule and foam slag process,the steelmaking power consumption of a 65 t electric arc furnace at Shiheng Special Steel decreased by 95 kWh/t, the Oxygen consumption decreased by 2.8 m³/t and the tap to tap time reduced by 7.5 min.

摘要:The φ10~25 mm reinforced bars of Nb microalloying 400 MPa Ⅲ Grade steel - 0.17~0.25C,1.20~1.45Mn,0.02~0.04Nb have been developed by 40 t EBT are furnace- 40 t LF- 150 mm×150 mm billet concasting process. The mechanical properties of reinforced bars were σs420~490 MPa,σb590~680 MPa,δ524%~30%,and the yield strength decreasing was minor after nature aging for 8 weeks. The produced Nb microalloying 400 MPa Ⅲ grade steel reinforced bars were up to the requirement of CB 1499- 1998 standard and the production cost was obviously decreasing by 0.02%~0.04%& Nb to replace 0.05%~0.10% V.
