废钢-电弧炉炼钢流程和循环经济

摘要: 分析了世界和中国电炉钢的发展以及废钢-电弧炉炼钢流程的资源和能源特征,得出该流程是有利于循环经济和环境保护的生产流程。2003年世界电炉钢比达33.1%,我国电炉钢比仅为17.6%,根据我国的资源和能源条件,随着能源结构的改善和废钢积累量的增加,我国废钢-电弧炉炼钢流程有较大的长远发展空间。

Abstract: The development of are furnace steel in China and world as well as the resource and energy characteristics for scrap stcel-electric are furnace steelmaking flow sheet are analyzed,it is obtained that this flow sheet is beneficial to recycle economy and environmental protection.The ratio of arc furnace steel output to total output of steel produced in world  was 33. 1%,while the ratio of that in China was only 17.6%,according to domestic natural resource and energy resources  conditions,with improving energy structure and increasing scrap steel accumulated amount,the scrap steel-electric arc furnace steclmaking flow sheet has larger long-term developing space.
