Structure and Properties of 5 mm T510L High Strength Steel Strip Produced by FTSR Process

摘要: 5 mm T510L(0.20%C、1.17%Mn)高强度钢板由FISR(Flexible Thin Slab Rolling):铁水预处理-150 t转炉-LF-85 mm板坯连铸.控制连轧工艺生产。试验结果表明,5 mm T510L钢板组织细小、均匀,平均晶粒度7.0μm,抗拉强度625 NPa,伸长率28%,韧脆转变温度为-60℃,应变硬化指数n值为0.210,具有良好的成形性。

Abstract: The 5 mm T510L(0.20C,1. 17Mn)high strength steel strip was produced by FTSR(Flexible Thin Slab Rolling):hot metal pretreatment- 150tLD-LF-85 mm slab casting - control continuous rolling process.Test results showed that the structure of 5 mm T510L strip was fine and uniform with average grain size7.0 μm; the tensile strength of steel was 625 MPa,elongation 28%,tough-brittle transition temperature -60 ℃;and the steel strip had excellent form- ability with strain-hardening exponent n value 0.210.
