摘要: 采用φ500mm和φ350mm轧机对304(20mm)/440(3.5mm)/304(20mm)不锈钢坯料进行二次复合轧制成2mm不锈钢复合板。经力学性能试验和组织观察表明,复合板拉伸断裂试样无分层现象,板间晶粒相互穿过界面实现冶金结合,复合板硬度较高,达到刀具的使用要求。

Abstract: The 2 mm stainless steel clad plate was twice-compounded rolled by φ500 mm and φ350 mm mills with 304 (20 mm) / 440 (3.5 mm) / 304(20 mm) stainless steels stock. The results by mechanical properties test and stnic- ture observation showed that the tensile fracture samples of clad plate hadn't stratification phenomenon, the grains at interplate mutually transferred interface to realize metallurgical bond, and the hardness of clad plate was higher to meet the requirement of knife products using.
