SCM435高强冷傲钢热轧过程中的再结晶行为

Recrystallization Behavior of High Strength Cold Heading Steel SCM435 in Hot Rolling Process

摘要: 采用阶梯试样轧制法研究了道次变形量(15%~70%)和温度(850~1150℃)对SCM435钢(%:0.35C、1.05Cr、0.22Mo)变形奥氏体再结晶百分比影响,绘制了该钢的再结晶全图。结果表明,随变形温度提高,奥氏体临界变形量降低。在1150℃45%变形量下,SCM435钢奥氏体可以发生完全再结晶。

Abstract: The pass reduction (15% ~70% ) and temperature (850 ~ 1 150 °C ) on recrystallization fraction of tiefor- ming austenite of steel SCM435 (% : 0. 35C, 1. 05Cr, 0. 22Mo) has been studied by using stepped form stock rolling method, and the recrystallization diagram of the steel is got. Results show that with increasing deformation temperature, the critical strain of austenite of steel decreases. The complete recrystallization of austenite of steel SCM435 occurs at 1 150 °C with 45% reduction.
