非调质钢38MnVS奥氏体动态再结晶的研究

A Study on Austenite Dynamic Recrystallization of Non-Quenching-Tempering Steel 38MnVS

摘要: 研究了V-Ti微合金非调质钢38MnVS(/%:0.42C、0.76Si、1.33Mn、0.011S、0.013P、0.10V、0.02Ti)的奥氏体动态再结晶过程。通过Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机,研究了变形温度(950~1150℃)和变形速率(0.1~10s-1)对38MnVS钢奥氏体动态再结晶过程的影响,并建立了Zener-Hollomon参数为变量的方程、动态再结晶尺寸模型和动态再结晶状态图。结果表明,变形温度越高,变形速率越低,发生动态再结晶的临界驱动力越小,动态再结晶越易进行;微合金非调质钢38MnVS动态再结晶激活能为Qd=275.453 kJ/mol。

Abstract: The austenite dynamic recrystallization process of V-Ti microalloying non-quenching- tempering steel 38MnVS (/% : 0.42C, 0.76Si, 1.33Mn, 0.011S, 0.013P, 0.10V, 0.02Ti) has been studied. The effect of deformation temperature (950-1150 °C ) and strain rate (0.1-10 s-1 ) on austenite dynamic recrystallization of steel 38MnVS is studied by Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation test machine, and the function related Zener-Hollomon parameter, dynamic recrystallization size model and dynamic recrystallization diagram are established. Results show that the higher deformation temperature and the lower strain rate, the smaller critical driving force to occur dynamic crystallization and the easier to carry out dynamic recrystallization: the activation energy Qd for dynamic crystallization of microalloying non-quenchine-tempe- ring steel 38MnVS is 275.453 kJ/mol.
