电渣重熔对4J36合金组织和力学性能的影响

Effect of Electroslag Remelting on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 4J36 Alloy

摘要: 通过对电渣重熔前后4J36合金(/%:0.17~0.18C,0.18~0.27Si,0.39~0.40Mn,0.009P,0.0005S,35.8~36.0Ni)显微组织、夹杂物及化学成分和力学性能进行分析检测,并研究了电渣重熔对4J36合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,经过电渣重熔后,4J36合金化学成分几乎无变化,其晶粒尺寸减小,同时其内部的夹杂物数量减少、尺寸减小。屈服强度和抗拉强度均有一定提高,伸长率由原34%提高至58%,-196℃冲击功由原145J提高至208J。

Abstract: By analyzing microstructure and inclusions, analyzing chemical composition and mechanical properties of 4J36 alloy (/% :0. 17 ~0.18C,0. 18 〜0.27Si,0.39 〜0. 40Mn,0.009P, < 0.0005S,35. 8 〜36.ONi) before and after ESR(electro-slag remelting) , the effect of ESR on microstructure and mechanical properties of 4J36 alloy is studied. The results show that after ESR the chemical composition of 4J36 has almost no change, the sizes of gains decrease, and the amount and sizes of inclusions also decrease. Yield strength and tensile strength are improved to a certain extent, elongation increases from original 34% to 58% , and impact energy at - 196℃. increases from original 145 J to 208 J.
