Effect of Solution Treatment on Microstructure of Duplex  Stainless Steel S32003

固溶处理对双相不锈钢S32003组织的影响

Abstract: Effect of solution-treated at 900 - 1250℃ on microstructure of steel duplex stainless S32003 has been studied by metallographic, scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) , transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) analysis. The results show that the nitride precipitates in steel at 900℃ , in order to dissolve nitride of hot rolling steel, solution temperature must be up to 950 °C ; With the increase of solution temperature , phase content in steel increases α and γ phase content decreases. The optimum solution temperature is 1040℃; As the solution temperature increase, the grain size of α and γ phase is gradually growing up, the grain is obvious coarsening when the temperature is greater than 1100 °C.

摘要: 通过金相、扫描电镜、透射电镜观察和X射线能谱仪分析,研究了900~1 250℃固溶处理对S32003双相不锈钢组织的影响。结果表明,900℃固溶处理时,钢中有氮化物析出,固溶温度≥950℃时,氮化物全部溶解;随着固溶温度升高,α相含量增加,γ相含量下降。最佳固溶处理温度在1040℃;随着固溶温度的提高,α相和γ相的晶粒尺寸在逐渐增大,1100℃以上晶粒明显长大。
