Abstract: The liquid melted in a medium frequency induction furnace by parent metal of bearing steel GCrl5 through a guided tube enters in spraying room and the metal strand is sprayed by inert gas to liquid droplet with micrometer size and deposited at collector to form a deposited billet with diameter 130. 28mm and center thickness 40. 84 mm (/% : 1. 01C, 0. 23Si, 0. 29Mn, 1.48Cr,≤ O. 027P,≤0. 020S). The test of heat treatment of 1/4 deposited billet is carried out in a box electric resistance furnace. Results show that the structure of spraying formed bearing steel GCrl5 is refined structure of equiaxial crystal and fine carbide with low alloy elements segregation ; the hardness o£ sample quenched at 860 °C and tempered at 160 T is highest that is HRC 61 with optimum structure and properties.

摘要: GCr15轴承钢母材在中频感应炉熔化后的钢液,经导流管进入雾化室的金属流被惰性气体弥散成微米级液滴,并沉积在收集器上,成直径130.28mm、中心厚度40.84mm的沉积坯(/%:1.01C,0.23Si,0.29Mn,1.48Cr,≤0.027P,≤0.020S)。取沉积坯的1/4在箱式电阻炉进行热处理试验。结果表明,喷射成形GCr15轴承钢的组织是细化的等轴晶和细小的碳化物组成的组织,具有低的合金元素的偏析;860℃淬火、160℃回火试样的硬度最高,HRC值为61,其组织和性能最佳。
