Effect of Aluminium Content and Magnetic-Performance Annealing Temperature on Coercive Force of 3.0 mm Cold-Rolled Sheet of Magnetic Pure Iron

铝含量和磁性退火温度对3.0 mm电磁纯铁冷轧板矫顽力的影响

Abstract: The tested magnetic pure iron (/% : 0. 002 - 0. 004C, 0. 01-0.02Si, 0. 04 - 0. 05Mn, 0. 005S, 0. 006 - 0. 009P, 0. 41 - 1. 16Al) is melted by 200 kg vacuum induction furnace, hot-rolled to 6. 0 mm plate and cold- rolled to 3. 0 mm sheet. The effect of aluminium content (0. 41% - 1. 16% Al) and magnetic-performance annealing temperature (900 -1 050 ℃) on coercive force of cold-rolled sheet has been studied. Results show that with increasing aluminium content the grain size of pure iron increases and its coercive force decreases; properly increasing aluminium content in pure iron is available to increase grain size of annealed sheet and decrease coercive force of sheet; as the aluminium content is up to 1. 16% , by annealed at 1 050 ℃ the coercive force of pure iron may decrease to 16 A/m.

摘要: 试验电磁纯铁(/%:0.002~0.004C,0.01~0.02Si,0.04~0.05Mn,0.005S,0.006~0.009P,0.41~1.16Al)由200 kg真空感应炉熔炼,热轧成6.0 mm板再冷轧至3.0 mm板。研究了铝含量(0.41%~1.16%Al)和磁性退火温度(900~1050℃)对冷轧板矫顽力影响。结果表明,随铝含量增加,纯铁的晶粒尺寸增大矫顽力降低;适当提高铝含量,可增加退火板的晶粒尺寸,降低矫顽力;当铝含量提高至1.16%,采用1 050℃退火,纯铁矫顽力可降至16 A/m。
