Effect of Design Parameters of Oxygen Lance Nozzle for 110 t Combined Blown Converter on Metallurgical Quality of Liquid Steel

110t复吹转炉氧枪喷头设计参数对钢水冶金质量的影响

Abstract: Based on established geometric model the three dimensional numerical simulation on the effect of oxygen lance nozzle parameters (angle between nozzle 12° ~ 13°, nozzle number 4, flow rate 22000 ~ 24000 m3/h) of top and bottom combined blown converter tapping 110 t liquid steel on jet has been carried out by using software Fluent to get that with nozzle angle 12. 5° 4-nozzle oxygen lance at 1. 1 ~ 1. 4 m lance level the suitable radius and higher jet speed may maintain. The application practice of 93 heats 0. 45 C steel, Q235 and HRB400 steel steelmaking at steel works shows that with 12. 5° nozzle angle and oxygen flow rate 22000 m3/h, the average tap to tap time of 110 t liquid is 14. 8 min, the end carbon meets the requirement of melting steel grades, the end [P] 0. 010% ~ 0.030% and the dephosphorizing rate of liquid ≥96%.

摘要: 通过建立的几何模型,利用Fluent软件对出钢量110 t顶底复吹转炉氧枪喷头参数(夹角12°~13°,孔数4,流量22000~24000 m3/h)对射流影响进行三维数值模拟,在1.1~1.4 m枪位,喷孔夹角12.5°的4孔氧枪可保持射流半径适中和较高的射流速度。钢厂冶炼45钢,Q235和HRB400钢的应用实践表明,采用12.5°喷头喷孔夹角,93炉次22000 m3/h氧气流量时110 t钢水的平均冶炼时间为14.8 min,终点碳符合冶炼钢种要求,终点[P]0.010%~0.030%,脱磷率≥96%。
