Abstract: The effect of ingredient of LF refining slag (/% : 37. 5 ~54. 8CaO, 9. 8 ~ 18. 2SiO₂ , 20 ~ 30Al₂O₃,4 ~ 10MgO, 3 ~ 10CaF₂) with basicity 3 ~5 on viscosity has been tested and studied. Results show that the effect of CaF₂ and A1₂O₃ on viscosity of refining slag is great and the effect of basicity and MgO on viscosity of refining slag is rather minor. With increasing CaF₂ the viscosity of refining slag decreases first and then increases, with increasing A1₂O₃ content in slag the viscosity of slag gradually decreases ； with Al₂0₃ content in slag being 20% and CaF₂ ≥ 6% or A1₂O₃ content being 25% and CaF_{2 ≥} 3% , the viscosity value of slag at 1 500 °C is less than 0. 5 Pa • s; and it is obtained by test that better basicity R and ingredient of refining slag for viscosity is 4 ~ 5R, 25% ~30% Al₂O₃,6% 〜10% MgO, 3% 〜6% CaF₂. The results of production pilot of 100 t LF refining steel TC80 show that after refining slag optimization the sulfur content in liquid decreases to less than 0. 005% from initial 0. 020% , the desulphurization ratio increases to 84% from before optimization 72% ； and the average T [O] at end refining is 14 x 10^-6.

摘要： 试验研究了组分对碱度3~5的LF精炼渣(/%:37.5~54.8CaO,9.8~18.2SiO2,20~30Al2O3,4~10MgO,3~10CaF₂)粘度的影响。结果表明,CaF₂和Al₂O₃对渣粘度影响较大,碱度和MgO对粘度影响较小。随着CaF₂含量的增加,渣粘度先降低后增加;随着Al₂O₃含量的增加,渣粘度逐渐降低。渣中Al₂O₃含量为20%,CaF₂≥6%或渣中Al₂O₃含量为25%,CaF₂≥3%时,1500℃渣的粘度值低于0.5 Pa.s。试验得出粘度较优组分为4~5R,25%~30%Al₂O₃,6%~10%MgO,3%~6%CaF₂。100 t LF精炼TC80钢生产试验表明优化后精炼渣将钢水中的硫由0.020%脱至0.005%以下,脱硫率从优化前的72%提高至84%,LF精炼终点平均T[O]为14×10^-6。
