Numerical Simulation on Flowing of Slag Particles in Rotary Container

回转容器内炉渣颗粒流动的数值模拟

Abstract: The rule of flowing of converter slag particles (/% : 40~60CaO, 10 ~20SiO2, 1 ~5Al2O3,7 ~ 10FeO, 5 〜10Fe2O3,5 ~ 15MgO, 2 ~6MnO,1 ~5P2O5,0~10f-CaO) in rotary container (cylinder reactor) with rotating angular velocity 0. 3 ~ 2. 0 r/s is simulated by software Fluent to analyze the characteristics of flowing of slag particles. The mathematic model is established to define optimum rotate velocity for removing free calcium oxide. Results show that with increasing rotating velocity of the cylinder the rotating status of flowing of slag particles develops into small, bigger waterfall and circle flowing, and as rotating angle velocity increases to 0. 8 r/s, flowing status of eddy occurs in center of cylinder.

摘要: 通过Fluent软件模拟转炉渣(/%:40~60CaO、10~20SiO2、1~5Al2O3、7~10FeO、5~10Fe2O3、5~15MgO、2~6MnO、1~5P2O5、0~10 f-CaO)在回转容器(圆柱体反应器)内转速0.3~2.0 r/s时的流动规律以分析炉渣颗粒流动特性并建立数学模型,确定最佳旋转速度消解炉渣中游离氧化钙。结果表明,炉渣颗粒的流动随回转圆筒转速增加,由滚动状态发展到小、大瀑布流和环流;当增至0.8 r/s时,圆筒的中心位置出现涡流的流动状态。
