Abstract: The physical and chemical properties, and structure of crystallizing phases of two kinds of flux • 56 ~ 58 melilite, 25 -27 grammite, 4 ~5 lance spar, 10 - 12 glass phase and 20 -22 melilite, 78 ~80 glass phase, and ingredient, melting temperature and thickness of liquid slag layer used for 180 - 200 mm slab casting at Tangshan stainless steel mill have been tested and studied. Results showed that as casting speed >1.5 m/min, in order to make the flux maintains " whole course liquid lubrication" in mold, the melting temperature of flux should be W1 049 乜 with controlling melting speed (34 ±2) s; and the optimum thickness of liquid slag layer is 10 ~ 15 mm with slag viscosity 0. 19 Pa • s.
摘要: 试验研究了唐山不锈钢厂180~200 mm板坯连铸使用的成分(%)分别为56~58黄长石、25~27硅灰石、4~5枪晶石、10~12玻璃相和20~22黄长石、78~80玻璃相两种结晶器保护渣的理化特性、结晶相结构及渣液的化学成分、熔化温度和液渣层的厚度。结果表明,在拉速≥1.5 m/min时,为使保护渣在结晶器内保持"全程液态润滑",保护渣的熔化温度应≤1049℃,熔化速度控制在(34±2)s;最佳熔渣层厚度为10~15 mm,渣子粘度为0.19 Pa·s。
