Effect of Carbides Pile-up on Properties of Tungsten Molybdenum High Speed Steel Series

碳化物堆积对鸨铝系高速钢性能的影响

Abstract: The effect of carbides pile-up degree in high speed steels W6Mo5Ci4V2 (M2) and W9Mo3Ci4V (W9) on mechanical properties and workability of steels has been studied. Results showed that with increasing carbides pile-up degree in steels, the hardness, tensile and yield strength of steel M2 and W9 increased, but the impact toughness and flexural strength and cold drawing ability of steel decreased. The effect of carbides pile-up degree on red hardness and hardness of quenched and tempered high speed steels was minor.

摘要: 研究了高速钢W6Mo5Cr4V2(M2)和W9Mo3Cr4V(W9)中的碳化物堆积程度对钢的力学性能和加工性能的影响。结果表明,随着钢中碳化物堆积程度的增加,M2和W9钢的硬度、抗拉强度和屈服强度增加,冲击韧性、抗弯强度和冷拔性能降低;碳化物堆积程度对高速钢淬回火硬度和红硬性影响较小。
