Abstract: Test results indicated that 14.3 mm HTP line-pipe steel strip(0.056C,1.21Mn,0.07Nb,0.01Ti)had seriols anisotropy, the charpy V-otshimpact energy and delamiratig crack tendency of sample perallelod to rling lirec- ton wls obviously higher han that of samples being45° and vetical o mling diecion at same icmperature. The ddlami- naig eack was calaed by stip deice, it we efeied dialoeation confguation wih cerain direstion feature and related to temperature.

摘要: 试验结果表明,14.3 mm HTP管线钢带(%:0.056C、1.21Mn、0.07Nb、0.01Ti)具有严重的各向异性现象,平行于轧制方向的试样在同一温度下冲击功明显高于45°和垂直于轧制方向冲击功,出现分层裂纹的倾向最大。分层裂纹主要是试样中条状缺陷所致,受位错组态影响,有确定的方向性,与温度有关。
