精炼渣组成对钢渣硫分配比的影响

Abstract: The test of desulphurizing by CaO-SiO2 -MgO-Al203 refining slag with basicity R (CaO/SiO2) 2-7 in a medium frequency induction furnace has been carried out by quadratic orthogonal regression test scheme to establish the mathematical model of relation between ingredient of slag and steel-slag sulfur partition ratio Lfi and examine the effect of slag basicity, slag index MI (R : Al203) , content of CaF2, MgO and FeO on sulfur partition ratio Ls. Results showed that the desulphurizing efficiency of slag with basicity R 3.5 ~5. 0 and slag index MI 0. 25 ~0.40 was better; and the optimum ingredient of refining slag was 9% CaF2, 8% MgO, 13%Al2O3, <0. 5% FeO with R =4.

摘要: 采用二次正交回归实验设计方法在中频感应炉内进行碱度R(CaO/SiO2)2~7的CaO-SiO2-MgO- Al2O3精炼渣系的脱硫实验,建立渣系组分与钢-渣硫分配比Ls关系的数学模型,实验渣碱度、渣指数MI (R:Al2O3)、CaF2、MgO和FeO含量对硫分配比Ls的影响。结果表明,渣碱度R 3.5~5.0、渣指数MI 0.25~0.40时脱硫效果较好;精炼渣最佳组分为(%):9CaF2、8MgO、13Al2O3、<0.5FeO,R值=4。
