Abstract: Due to higher alloy content in steel,plenty of alloy element in oxide layer and complexity of oxide struc-  ture,there  are  some  trouble  in  pickling  process  for  S31803  austenite-ferite  duplex  phase  stainless  steel(0.03C,22.05Cr,  5.23Ni,3. 10Mo,0. 16N).Iwas   obtained   by   orhogonal   test   that   with   pickling   solution   H2SO4220g/L,NaCl   30   g/L,  addition agent  10 g/L at 60 ℃ for average pickling time 57.2 min,after pickling the colour and gloss of plate surface was uniform and up to standard rate was  100%.

摘要： S31803奥氏体-铁素体双相不锈钢(%:0.03C、22.05Cr、5.23Ni、3.10Mo、0.16N)合金含量高，氧化层 中所含的合金元素多，氧化物结构复杂，不易酸洗。通过正交试验得出H2SO4220g/L,NaCl 30 g/L,添加剂10 g/L, 在60 ℃平均酸洗时间57.2 min,使酸洗后的钢板表面色泽均匀，酸洗合格率达100%。
